Designed by Italian architect Pierluigi Nicolin, the Milan Convention Centre (MIC) opened in 2002 and doubled in size in 2005. The current extension, which has just opened its doors, will place MiCo – the new brand (Milano Congressi) for the Convention Centre – among the largest conference facilities in Europe and worldwide.
