WIN Symposium 2018

Paris, France
25-26 June 2018

Description:
The WIN symposium remains the only event of its kind that enables all stakeholders of cancer care, from academia, industry, patients advocacy to regulatory agencies to present their latest advances and share in a very candid way the latest innovations in cancer personalized medicine.

This year the symposium has the privilege to welcome the who’s who of oncology with outstanding speakers such as Dr. Elizabeth Blackburn, President of Salk Institute, winner of the 2009 Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine. Dr. Blackburn is widely recognized for her discovery of how chromosomes are protected by telomeres and for her co-discovery of the enzyme telomerase, which plays a key role in cell replication, cell aging, and human cancers. Her research has revolutionized the understanding of how cells function and has been called one of the most important discoveries in the field of molecular genetics.
