Participants will learn about emerging trends and will develop skills in clinical teaching and curricular innovation design and implementation to address contemporary issues in healthcare. Flexible programming allows participants to select sessions aligned with their interest and experience level, including topics such as teaching clinical reasoning, creating equitable and inclusive learning environments, designing workplace learning experiences that add value to the health system, creating new models of faculty development, partnering with health systems to advance quality and safety, choosing and using educational technology, coaching for professional identity formation, optimizing assessment, and studying curricular innovations.
