Description:
This course has 2 separate tracks. One track focuses on point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) for the practitioner, through a combination of didactic case-based lectures and bedside live hand-on teaching. The 2nd track is for providers with experience in echocardiography, both clinical practitioners and sonographers. This track will focus on the role of standard and advanced techniques in cardiovascular echocardiography through state-of-the-art lectures by experienced faculty. In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in focused breakout sessions that cover advanced technologies including 3-D imaging and strain echocardiography.
