The Minimally Invasive Surgery Symposium (MISS) is this premier meeting of thought leaders and pioneers in minimally invasive surgery. Now in its 17th year, MISS offers compelling lectures, surgical video presentations, and lively discussion and debate by world-renowned surgeons and metabolic/bariatric experts on metabolic/bariatric disorders, hernia, foregut, and diseases of the colon. New for 2017, MISS will also include a special section on Enhanced Recovery after Surgery (ERAS).
MISS offers up to 33 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits (including Optional MOC Self-Assessment Credit). Flexible registration options are available.
The 2017 MISS special keynote speaker is Daniel B. Jones, MD, MS, FACS, Professor of Surgery at Harvard University and incoming President of SAGES.
MISS also offers optional hands-on workshops in laparoscopic suturing and flexible endoscopy. Please note: MISS hands-on workshops have limited space available. First come. First served!
